Jesus commanded His church to go and make disciples of all the nations (Matthew 28:18-20). Discipleship at Concord is both local and international. It is also multi-generational. Discipleship isn't just for adults; it's for kids as well. That's why the discipleship of our youth is one of our top priorities here at Concord!
Vision: To raise generations of godliness by the power of the gospel
Strategy:
1. To preach the gospel to our youth throughout all stages of their lives, and implore them to be reconciled to God (2 Cor 5) by faith in Christ and His work on the cross.
2. To pray for the salvation of their souls.
3. To equip parents to do the work of the ministry in raising up their children in the fear
4. To incorporate youth into the life of the church, from worship, prayer, teaching, and fellowship.
5. To catechize (teach) our youth with the help of historic catechisms that teach our youth the doctrines of the Christian faith with a question and answer format.
6. To offer Sunday School to our youth every Lord's Day before worship service, divided by age groups (Elementary & Middle)
